Blip Fest Game Boys

Taking place this past weekend in New York, Blip Fest showcases some of the best bleeps and bloops from chiptune artists across the globe. Dean got a few pictures of some of the performers’ main weapon of choice: modded Game Boys customized with ProSound and running Korg software, but unfortunately replacing the vintage green on green on green screens (most of these are backlit so the performers can actually see what they’re doing while on stage). and notice all the beautiful things in life. Especially on a day like today when it did pretty much nothing but pour rain and thunder and lightening today. Look at how calm everything is now. Look at how different it looks after the downpour. Think about how you place so insignificantly in it.
